Congratulations to Bobby Fechtel, overall winner of the 2024 race with a time of 17:32.19. Samantha Erbach, the overall winner of the 2023 race, was the fastest female athlete with a time of 17:57.99. Congrats to both for running an excellent race.

Latest news

The 2024 Dare to Care Dash (formerly the Run for the Poor) was successfully held on June 8th. The race featured a strong field of 392 runners, a record number for the 30 years of our race. The 31st running of the race will be held on June 21st, 2025. Come back to this site for updates. Thanks again for supporting our mission to help the neighbors in need in our southwest Ohio area.

We are again planning to feature a formation flyover by the Clermont Warbirds. We also plan to have professional soprano Maria Sunnenberg to sing the National Anthem as she has done for the past few years. View the “Quick Clip” above to see the highlights of the 2024 race.
